The elegant Hotel Conte Ruggero greets you immediately. The hotel is one of the most imposing and impressive palaces in the heart of Serra San Bruno, situated in front of the eighteenth-century Church of the Addolorata and only a few steps from the principal monuments of the town.

It is located in an eight hundredth splendid palace,  now completely restored and brought to it's ancient splendour. The architectural characteristics of the period, with granitic rocks worked by local craftsmen, still kept in good condition. Every detail contributes to create a place that admirably merges the ancient tradition and contemporary elements.

The hotel is situated a few kilometres from the eleventh-century Carthusian Monastery of Serra San Bruno surraunded with mystic beauty. A few hundred meters separate the Monastery from the San Bruno Lake and the  Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Bosco with it's forest of firs, historical places that the Count Ruggero il Normanno gave to St. Bruno for the foundation of his hermitage in 1091.

Serra San Bruno is geographically situated between the Ionian coast and the Thyrrenian one, therefore allowing ease of travel from the hotel to the historical and naturalistic places such as: Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Soverato, Copanello, Gerace, Stilo and Bivongi.
